1. Copy of the document showing ownership of the building
2. Document authorizing representation of the building owner
3. Document confirming status as a manager or representative (If the applicant is a legal entity)
4. Site plan, drawings and supporting report, 1 set
5. Calculations, 1 set (For public buildings, special buildings, or buildings constructed mainly from permanent and fire-resistant materials)
6. Building demolition measures, 1 set (For public buildings, special buildings, or buildings constructed mainly from permanent and fire-resistant materials)
7. Certificate from the building designer or the designer responsible for calculations, together with a copy of their licence to practise regulated architecture or engineering (If the building’s type or size falls within regulated architectural or engineering practice under the applicable law)
8. Written consent of the construction supervisor and a copy of their licence to practise regulated architecture or engineering (Where applicable to the building and submitted together with this application)
9. Certificate of permission to practise regulated architecture or engineering issued by the relevant architects’ or engineers’ council
10. Land documents: Nor Sor 3, Nor Sor 3 Kor, Sor Kor 1, or other documents
11. Landowner’s written consent if constructing a building on another person’s land
