Explanation of the Evaluation of Integrity and Transparency in the Operations of Government Agencies (ITA) for the Fiscal Year B.E. 2569

On March 5, 2569 at 10:30 a.m., Mr. Sambun Payaew, Governor of Mae Na Chon Subdistrict Administrative Organization, explained the integrity and transparency assessment (ITA) of Mae Na Chon Subdistrict Administrative Organization for B.E. 2569 to all employees in order to ensure that the operation is in the same direction and achieve the goal of "high-level pass". We will focus on three main components (assessment tools) as follows: 1. Internal stakeholder perception (IIT) form Target group: Governor, Executive Board and all employees (who have completed one year of service) Function: Operate according to standards, not selective Use of budget: Transparent, auditable and used for the common good Use of authority: No use of positions seeking reward Corruption: Clear and serious management measures 2. External Stakeholder Awareness Measure (EIT) Target Group: Citizens or Service Recipients Improve the quality of service by speeding up and reducing procedures Clear and accessible information communication Efficient complaint reception system and maintaining confidentiality of whistleblowers 3. Public Information Disclosure Measure (OIT) Target Group: Officials responsible for information on the website Updating the website (2569) Disclosure of basic information, budget spending plans and procurement Transparency promotion measures: Evidence of actual performance (e.g. meeting reports, activities photos) Period Evaluation January-March: OIT data collection period and preparation April-June: Logging in period to answer questionnaire (IIT/EIT) July-August: Announcement of scores and suggestions for improvement
