Activity No. 1. To provide training on osteoarthritis to elderly people with osteoarthritis.
Activity 2. Implementation of a herbal knee pain relief program.
To provide seniors with knowledge and understanding of osteoarthritis, its complications and self-care.
so that older people have more options for treating knee degeneration.
