Mae Na Chon Subdistrict 1/2567 Village Level Management Committee (VLMC) Meeting

On March 18, 2017 at 13:30, Mr. Samboon Payaew, Governor of Mae Na Chon Subdistrict Administrative Organization, entrusted the Deputy Governor of Mae Na Chon Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Deputy Secretary of Mae Na Chon Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Disaster Prevention and Relief Officers of Mae Na Chon Subdistrict Administrative Organization, along with Mr. Kittipanch Thiwongse, District Secretary of Mae Na Chon Subdistrict, to hold the 1st/2567 meeting of the Mae Na Chon Subdistrict Village Management Committee (VMMC) at the Mae Na Chon Subdistrict Administrative Organization Conference Hall. The meeting was attended by Mae Na Chon Subdistrict Governor, Head of Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospital Mae Ha North, Head of Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospital Mae Sa, Head of Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospital Mae Na Chon, Police representatives, Forest Protection Unit officers, 17th (Sbwak) Forest Protection Unit officers, Mae San River Management Unit officers, village chiefs from all villages and members of the local government units.
With the main agenda being the prevention and response to the 2576 Mae Na Chon Subdistrict Dust Fire.
Chiang Mai Province's Policy and Proclamation on Fire Management
- Explain the procedure for applying for a FireD permit.
- Announcement of precautionary measures to prevent a maize husk fire at the Moe Point.
- Dust room preparation.
- Building and upgrading the village lighthouses.
- Reporting the budget from the municipality, the budget from the village fund, the budget from the foundation and other sources.

The operation went smoothly.
