MOU T-VER to generate revenue through forest management mechanisms

The Mae Na Chon Subdistrict Administrative Organization (MASO) and the Mae Na Chon Subdistrict Administrative Organization (MACSO) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to promote and support the highland communities in implementing the Thailand Voluntary Emission Reduction Program (T-VER) to generate income for the community through the maintenance of forests and environmentally friendly agriculture with clear and tangible carbon credit trading channels under the participatory process of the community and relevant agencies in the area of Mae Na Chon Subdistrict Administrative Organization (MASO) and Mae Na Chon Subdistrict Administrative Organization (MACSO) in Chiang Mai Province.
